Casebine is undergoing a System Upgrade on May 1, 2024. This means that our Core Operating System is changing, and with that, you will experience a change to your in-branch, online, and phone banking.

Casebine is getting a new Core Operating System, Digital Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile App, and voice response platform. It is the biggest change a credit union and its members can experience.

We have a commitment to enhancing your financial life. This will put us in a stronger position to do that and enhance your member experience with some incredible new features and services.

We have a commitment to meet our members where they are. This means using a variety of channels to get important information to you. You can expect to hear from us via:

  • USPS Postal Mail: messages included in paper statements and separate mailings this spring.

Our branches will be closed on 5/1/24 and 5/2/24. You will also see changes to your Online Banking and Mobile App experience. We will be sending out lots of communications, so please be sure to open and read everything you receive from us. Make sure we have your most up-to-date mailing and email addresses.

  • New and updated Online Banking, Mobile App, and Bill Pay

To be better prepared for the upgrade, PLEASE update your contact information with us!  You can log in to Digital Banking – HERE – or through our mobile app.  Once you’re in, click the icon in the top right corner and choose “Profile Update.”
